Team GB events Monday 8th August

Well done to Adam Peaty who won Team GB’s first gold medal of Rio 2016 and set a new world record for the men’s 100m breaststroke (for the second time this week!) into the bargain. Our swimmers are doing well; Jazz Carlin also got a medal yesterday – silver for the women’s 400m freestyle.

Let’s hope the athlete’s competing today do just as well.

Diving starts today so Tom Daley will be hoping to top the bronze he won in London.  Our gymnasts are also in action today so good luck to them too. Here’s what else is happening today, along with start times (in BST) so you don’t miss a thing:
