Usain Bolt completed his historic ‘triple triple’ last night as Usain helped Jamaica win gold in the 4x100m relay after already winning the 100m and 200m individual titles, matching London 2012 and Beijing 2008.
For Team GB, Nick Skelton won gold in the show jumping yesterday. He is the oldest Team GB Olympic champion in 108 years and he has never before won an individual Olympic medal, with this Olympics being his seventh.
Team GB women won gold yesterday after nail biting penalty shootout. After normal time, it was 3-3 against the Netherlands, but Team GB’s goal keeper saved the day and secured the gold medal. The Netherlands were the defending champions, but Team GB powered through to win their first Olympic Hockey gold medal.
Lutalo Muhammad won silver in the taekwondo while Team GB women took bronze in the 4x100m.

Nicola Adams is defending her London 2012 gold medal in the boxing at 18:00 this evening. In 2012, she became the first female to win gold in boxing at an Olympics.
Tom Daley is back in the pool today with the semi-final and final of the 10m platform diving. Last week he won bronze with Daniel Goodfellow in the Synchronised platform.
